About the role
Nuccle is a HubSpot Solutions Provider helping B2B businesses across Canada and the USA build scalable Revenue Operations. We're growing and looking for a hands-on HubSpot & Marketing Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of client work.
You'll work closely with the founder to keep client HubSpot portals running smoothly: building reports and dashboards, setting up workflows, managing configurations, and supporting marketing tasks like landing pages and email copy. You'll also help implement AI tools within HubSpot and the broader client stack.
What you'll do
HubSpot implementation & configuration
Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and deal pipelines for client accounts
Design and implement business process maps, workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle stage logic
Configure and manage custom objects, properties, and association rules
Manage lists, segmentation, and contact data hygiene across client portals
Set up lead scoring, notifications, and CRM integrations.
Marketing support
Optimize and build landing pages in HubSpot CMS (conversion-first thinking)
Write and refine email copy for nurture, outreach, and promotional sequences
Implement and iterate on AI-assisted workflows within HubSpot and connected tools
Support campaign setup, UTM tracking, and performance reporting
Social media outreach for Nuccle
What we're looking for
Required
2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub)
Proven experience building workflows, sequences, and automation in HubSpot
Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals — funnels, nurture, lead gen
Strong written communication — able to write clear, compelling email copy
Comfortable working asynchronously and managing multiple tasks across client accounts
Nice to have
HubSpot certifications (Marketing, CRM, Sales, or Reporting)
Experience at a HubSpot Partner agency or as a HubSpot consultant
Familiarity with AI tools — HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Zapier/Make
Experience with HubSpot CMS for landing page builds
GA4 or SEO basics for campaign tracking
You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and gets things done without needing to be micromanaged. You're comfortable switching between technical HubSpot tasks and writing on the same day. You pay attention to detail, communicate proactively, and genuinely care about doing good work for the clients we serve.
Note: We are only looking for candidates who can travel to Vancouver once or twice a week
